KALWARIA ZEBRZYDOWSKA – is not only a complex of historic complex of religious buildings but it is an always alive traditional avenues celebrations, it is an imposing indulgence processions and Passion mystery plays. Despite its over 400-year-old tradition it plays an important role and the influx of pilgrims during indulgence celebrations and outside of them proves its attractiveness. It is an ideal place for solitary prayers as well.

Holy Masses on Sundays and holidays:

6.00 a.m., 7.00 a.m., 8.30 a.m. for the  late John Paul II praying for his beatification,

10.00 a.m., 11.30 a.m. a summa in the intention of the living and the dead benefactors of the Sanctuary, 1.00 p.m., 5.00 p.m. (winter season), 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. (summer season)

Holy Masses on weekdays:

6.00 a.m., 7.00 a.m., 8.00 a.m., 9.00 a.m. for the late John Paul II praying for his beatification,

12.00 a.m.; 5.00 p.m. (winter season), 7.00 p.m. (summer season),

7.00 a.m. the Holy Mass in the church (34) of The Third Fall of Jesus.

• Unveiling the Miraculous Image: 6.00 a.m.
• Eternal Holy Masses: every day at 6.00 a.m. in front of the Image of Our Lady of Kalwaria
• Rosary prayer and Marian Appeal: 8.30 p.m.; in the winter season at 4.30 p.m.
• Novena to Our Lady of Kalwaria: Wednesdays after the evening Holy Mass
• Confession: 6.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m. – winter season; 6.00 a.m. – 8.00 p.m. – summer season
• Veiling the Miraculous Image: after the Marian Appeal or after the last Holy Mass
• On each 2nd day of the month: a concelebrated Holy Mass for the deceased John Paul II

Holy Masses may be ordered in the sacristy or at the monastery gate. The guides for the Basilica and the avenues may be asked for at the monastery gate or booked by phone.

The Pilgrim’s House, the cafe, the restaurant:

Open all year. Accommodation and meals available for pilgrims arriving at the Sanctuary in organised groups or individually. The Pilgrim’s House holds the model panorama of the Monastery and Kalwaria Avenues, which were created in the years 1989-1999 by Ireneusz Pudelko – the area; (scale 1: 500) and by Jacek Witalinski – the Monastery and the Chapels. (scale 1: 100).
